About

If you’re a business owner who is ready to finally become the success story on the cover of Entrepreneur magazine that you’ve always wanted to be, you’re in the right place.

If you’re anything like our clients, right about now you’re thinking:

I wish I had time to truly run my business, most of the time the business runs me.
I love my business, but if I’m truly honest I don’t love managing people.
Some days (and sometimes a lot of days), I don’t know WTF I’m doing.

We get it.

Running a business is hard. Running a successful business and being a great leader, colleague, boss, and all the other things, well…it’s a lot. But it’s not impossible.

That’s where we come in.

We provide clients with the right training, tools, and support to help them lead with confidence and build the business of their dreams.

Here at Gina Gomez & Associates, our business strategy and advising has an uncanny ability to cut through the fluff and identify what’s holding you back from reaching your revenue goals, leadership potential, and how you’ll feel when you finally have the business you’ve been working so hard to build.

Head of Work-Life Balance

Linus

Linus joined GG&A in May of 2022 and immediately took charge. As the head of Work-Life Balance, Linus is a constant reminder that everything is better with a treat and a nap. He also reminds us that, in order to be effective, meetings need some sort of shenanigans intermittently sprinkled throughout. At work, you can find Linus participating in Zoom meetings, announcing the arrival of packages and UPS, and giving side-eye until he’s greeted accordingly. When he’s not at work, you can find Linus chasing his owner, and GG&A owner, Gina around the house and waiting patiently for his grilled salmon dinner. Linus would like you to know he is responsible for the success of GG&A due to the fact that he can close any sale with just a wag of his tail.
